WHAT IS IT?

REACH is a NextGen Ministry Leaders Conference with you in mind. Faith Chapel is a church that is passionate about the next generation and we want to have conversations with churches that are as well.

WHO IS IT FOR?

REACH is for Ministry Leaders who are serving the next generation. Are you the director of a NextGen environment? Are you a kids, junior high, high school or young adult pastor? Then REACH is for you!

WHY?

We are not experts. The idea is that we want to share all of the experiences, mistakes, successes, and principles that have helped us find ways to reach the next generation.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Here you will have the opportunity to be part of workshops and learn new ministry strategies, have connection time with others in ministry, and go home feeling empowered for the fall. We'll cover topics that are relevant in culture, about relationships within ministry, and about keeping ministry fresh long-term.

REACH is a time for rest and relaxation while also being the boost you want to breathe life back into ministry for the coming year. You can expect to spend time with others in Next Gen ministry who understand your context, needs, and struggles while also soaking up the fresh mountain air and being equipped to head back down the mountain to your ministries.
